• All students/parents must complete the registration form accurately to enroll in our online Quran learning programs.
• Upon registration, students will receive login credentials that must be kept confidential.
• We reserve the right to approve or deny any registration request without providing a reason.

3. Fees & Payment

• All course fees must be paid in advance as per the chosen subscription plan.
• Payments can be made through online banking, PayPal, or other available payment methods.
• If payment is not received on time, services may be suspended until dues are cleared.
• Fees are non-refundable unless a valid reason is provided and approved by the administration.

4. Class Schedule & Attendance

• Students must attend classes as per the agreed schedule.
• Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
• If a student is absent without prior notice, the missed class will not be rescheduled.
• In case of technical issues from our side, a make-up class will be arranged.

5. Student Conduct

• Students must behave respectfully towards teachers and fellow students.
• Use of inappropriate language or behavior may result in termination of services.
• Recording or sharing class sessions without permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Teacher Replacement & Class Cancellation

• If a teacher is unavailable, a replacement teacher will be arranged.
• The academy reserves the right to cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

• All personal information provided during registration will be kept confidential.
• We do not share or sell personal data to third parties.
• Online classes may be recorded for quality and training purposes.

8. Technical Requirements

• Students must have a stable internet connection, a microphone, and a webcam (if required).
• We are not responsible for issues caused due to the student’s poor internet connection.

9. Termination of Services

• We reserve the right to terminate services if a student violates any terms and conditions.
• Students may discontinue classes with a prior notice of at least one week.

10. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Tayba Quran Learning reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after any changes will indicate acceptance of the updated terms.
